• The Barcode Track and Trace System (BTTS) is an online digital platform that captures and provides real-time data on commodities distribution, usage, and stock availability simultaneously at all levels.
• The BTTS defines the various logistics parameters as follows:
  • Stockout – With zero stock of a certain type of the 5 contraceptives included in the BTTS such as COC, POP, IUD, DMPA and PSI.
  • Overstocked – When a facility has more than 6 months of stock of contraceptives. These facilities include the Provincial Health Office or City Health Office, Rural Health Units, public or private hospitals and birthing homes and more than 3 months for the Barangay Health Stations.
